The defendant is required to pay a $10 monthly monitoring fee to Williamson County. The defendant will also pay the interlock vendor for the installation and a monthly lease fee for the device. The monthly lease fee will vary depending on the interlock company.

If the defendant fails to install the interlock device by the court ordered deadline or fails to pay the monthly fees, a warrant may be issued.
