The office of Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 will reopen to the public on Wednesday afternoons effective next Wednesday, August 2, 2023. The new office hours when clerks will be available for in person public service will be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM daily at the court located at 1801 E Old Settlers Blvd, Suite 100, Round Rock, TX 78664. Clerks will also be available via phone by calling the newly revised phone tree at 512-244-8622 for all matters civil and criminal. The public may also contact the court via email at [email protected] or use the drop box located on the northwest corning of the building after hours.

“Our new administrative team has made changes that will allow JP1 to extend our Wednesday hours, providing full service 5 days a week,” said Judge KT Musselman, Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1. “While COVID taught us how to serve the public via alternate means, many matters are best handled by speaking directly to a clerk. Our new hours and updated phone tree will make us more accessible to the public we work daily to serve.”
