Complaints

Complaints against any bondsman licensed in Williamson County must be in writing, refer to a specific violation of the applicable statute(s) related to the bondsman or the Bail Bond Rules, be signed/notarized, and contain sufficient contact information identifying the complainant (i.e. the address and phone number).
