Used Oil Recycling Centers
The County has recycling facilities for used motor oil for use by private individuals residing in the county (not businesses). The facilities can be found at the following locations:

Recycling Centers
Citizens can pick up free mulch at the Hutto Recycling Center courtesy of Waste Management, the operator of the Williamson County Landfill. As an Alternative to burning brush, the landfill accepts brush and makes it into mulch for a fee. The Williamson County Landfill is located at 600 Landfill Road; contact number is 512-759-8881.

Williamson County and Waste Management host twice-a-year Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days for residents of Williamson County. View information on the next collection day. Please note: Household hazardous wastes are not accepted at the Hutto Recycling Center.
