Public Improvement Districts (PIDs)

As of September 1, 2021, a seller of residential or commercial property located in a Public Improvement District (PID) is now required to provide an Addendum Containing Notice of Obligation to Pay Improvement Districts to the buyer(s) of the property.

Please note: the Tax Assessor/Collector's office does not have assessment payoff information for PIDs with the exception of the Cimarron Hills PID. Assessment payoff information may be obtained from the municipality that created the PID as noted in the PIDs Information section.
