The Williamson County Human Resources Department consists of four unique divisions: Workforce Services, Compensation, Administrative Services, and Benefits Administration. We provide support to all County departments/offices and employees. The primary functions and responsibilities of the HR Department include: recruitment, employee relations, employee benefits, compensation management, employment policy administration, employment law compliance, unemployment, workers compensation, retirement administration and new hire onboarding.
