Overview

Experience nature, history and community as you enjoy a walk, jog or bike outing along Brushy Creek Regional Trail. Along this approximate 7.75 mile mostly concrete trail you will find extensive natural scenic and peaceful views. The newest opening of phase V meanders along Brushy Creek for an out and back 1 mile trek just west of Chisholm Trail Road in Round Rock. The trail then continues for over 6 miles beginning just west of Great Oaks Drive and meandering along Brushy Creek to Twin Lakes Park in Cedar Park.

The parks that lie along the trail provide many different amenities accessible to walkers, joggers and bikers. Together, the parks offer splash pads, swimming areas, climbing rocks, fishing docks, canoeing and kayaking, restrooms and multiple picnic and pavilion areas. The trail links residential communities, businesses and retail centers, while ultimately promoting conservation and stewardship of open space, greenbelts, wetlands and other natural areas.
